New 'fair useage' policy announced.
Hitz Records International along with its partners worldwide will be rolling out a brand new and revamped 'fair useage' policy for recording of our artists musical works at concerts and live events on consumer video cameras.
The move comes after a record number of Hitz Records material was removed from YouTube last night under the companies new copyright policies.
The new fair useage policy will be available to view fully online soon but it is believed that fans will be able to record upto SIXTY SECONDS of a particular sound recording and upload it to sites such as YouTube as long as necessary links to the artists website are added as appropiate. Hitz Music announced in the UK
Hitz Records has - after recent talks with HMG - launched a brand new label within the United Kingdom, Hitz Music.
The new label will be responsible for promotion and recording of new 'breakthrough' artists, particularly from outside London.
